Tripzy is a travel booking platform that turns a feeling into a trip. Describe the kind of holiday you want — "romantic wine weekend," "beach break under £500," "ski trip with mates" — and we'll find bookable destinations with real flight and hotel prices in under a minute. Compare everything in one place instead of juggling 15 tabs.
When you describe your ideal trip, our recommendation engine analyses what you're looking for — the mood, the activities, your budget, how far you want to travel — and matches it against hundreds of potential destinations.
We check which ones have real flights from your airport, filter for the right season and climate, and make sure the hotels are in the right neighbourhood for your trip type. A wine weekend gets hotels near vineyards, not in an industrial estate. A golf trip gets you near courses, not just anywhere in the country.
You always get a mix: strong matches you'd expect, plus a couple you might not have thought of.
The AI Travel Agent is an optional assistant that can recommend a destination for you automatically. When you tap "Let AI pick" from the Smart Planner, the agent scores your results on value, quality, and fit — and pre-selects the best flight and hotel combination so you can book in seconds.
You can chat with the agent to swap destinations, get hotel recommendations, or ask questions. And if you'd rather browse everything yourself, just tap "View all destinations" to go back to the full list.
Yes. Every flight and hotel price you see is pulled live from airlines and hotel suppliers at the time of your search. These are real, bookable prices — not estimates or "from" prices. That said, prices in travel can change quickly, so the price is locked in when you proceed to checkout.
Searching is completely free. You only pay when you book a trip. There are no subscription fees, no search charges, and no account required to browse.
Those tools assume you already know where you want to go. They're great if you've decided on Barcelona and just need the cheapest flight.
Tripzy is for the moment before that — when you know you want to get away but haven't decided where. Describe the vibe, and we do the research for you: finding destinations, checking flights, comparing hotels, and bundling it all together with ATOL protection. One search, one tab, one checkout.
The total shown at checkout includes your flights (with taxes and airport charges) and hotel accommodation. What you see is what you pay.
Optional extras like seat selection or extra baggage are available but always opt-in — we never sneak them in. Some hotels charge local taxes or resort fees directly at the property, and we'll flag that clearly before you book.
No hidden fees. The price at checkout is the price you pay. We don't add service charges, admin fees, or surprise costs after you've committed.
Members (signed-in users) see lower hotel rates throughout Tripzy. When browsing hotels, you'll see the member price alongside the standard price with your savings highlighted. Creating an account is free — sign in to unlock member rates on every search.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe, our secure payment provider. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Flight and hotel prices change constantly based on availability and demand. The prices we show are live at the time of your search, but if availability shifts before you reach checkout, the price may update. We'll always show you the final price before you pay — no surprises after you've entered your card.
Start on the Smart Planner: tell us what you're in the mood for, where you're flying from, and your dates. We'll show you a curated set of destinations.
Pick the one you like, choose your flights and hotel, fill in passenger details, and pay. The whole process takes a few minutes. You'll get a confirmation email with all your booking details and, for flight+hotel packages, your ATOL certificate.
You don't need an account to search. To complete a booking, you'll need to provide your email for the confirmation. After payment, you'll be invited to create an account so you can manage your trip, access member pricing on future searches, and set travel preferences. Creating an account is free and takes seconds.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your flight details, hotel information, and (for flight+hotel packages) your ATOL certificate as a PDF. Your booking will also appear in "My Trips" if you're signed in.
From My Trips, you can view your full trip timeline, download documents, export your trip to your calendar, and manage changes or cancellations.
Yes. Set your party size in the Smart Planner and we'll search for flights and hotels that fit your group. Everyone is booked together in a single checkout. You can also use the Share & Vote feature to help your group agree on a destination before anyone books.
Head to the My Trips page from the navigation menu. You'll see all your upcoming and past trips listed with destination, dates, and status.
Tap into any trip to see the full timeline — outbound flights, hotel stay, and return flights laid out chronologically. From there you can view your price breakdown, download your ATOL certificate, change or cancel flights, cancel hotels, or get help from our AI support agent.
Yes. On your trip details page, tap the calendar icon under Trip Documents to download an .ics file you can import into any calendar app, or tap the Google Calendar link to add it directly. The event includes your flight times, hotel address, and booking reference.
For flight and hotel packages, you have the right to cancel before departure under the Package Travel Regulations 2018. Cancellation fees are determined by the specific fare and rate conditions shown and accepted at booking time — these are supplier-imposed conditions, not fees set by Tripzy.
Flight-only and hotel-only bookings are governed by the airline's fare rules or hotel's cancellation policy (free cancellation, partial refund, or non-refundable), which is shown clearly before you book.
If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances significantly affect your destination, you may be entitled to cancel free of charge. You can manage cancellations from your My Trips page or through our AI support chat.
If your fare allows it, you can change your flights directly from the My Trips page. Tap into your trip, select the flight you want to change, pick new dates, and browse available alternatives. Any fare difference is shown before you confirm.
Not all airlines support online changes — if yours doesn't, we'll let you know and can escalate to our support team to contact the airline on your behalf.
Hotel date changes can't be done as a simple edit. If you need different dates, the easiest route is to cancel your current hotel booking (if it's within the free cancellation window) and rebook for the new dates. You can do this from the My Trips page, or our support team can help.
If the airline cancels your flight, you're entitled to a full refund or alternative flight under UK and EU passenger rights regulations. We'll help coordinate with the airline on your behalf. For ATOL-protected bookings, you have additional financial protection.
Refund timelines depend on the supplier. Flight refunds typically take 5–10 business days once processed by the airline. Hotel refunds for cancellations within the free cancellation window are usually returned within 5–7 business days. For ATOL-protected package cancellations, we process the refund within 14 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued, and it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
If your hotel isn't as described, or there's a significant problem with any part of your trip, contact us straight away through the AI support chat or at [email protected]. The sooner we know, the more we can do to help — including arranging alternatives where possible.
For flight and hotel packages booked together, you're protected under the Package Travel Regulations 2018. This means if the services provided don't match what was agreed, you may be entitled to a price reduction, alternative arrangements, or compensation. We'll work with the suppliers on your behalf to resolve the issue.
ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence) is a UK government-backed scheme that protects your money when you book a flight-inclusive holiday. Tripzy holds ATOL licence #12855, granted by the Civil Aviation Authority.
When you book a flight and hotel together through Tripzy, your booking is ATOL protected. This means if anything were to go wrong — including if we were to cease trading — your money is safe and you'd be able to get home. You'll receive an ATOL certificate with your booking confirmation.
Flight-only and hotel-only bookings are not covered by ATOL, as these are sold as agent of the supplier.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers. Your card details are encrypted end-to-end and never touch our servers. We also use HTTPS across the entire site.
After you get your destination results, hit the Share button to generate a unique link. Send it to friends via WhatsApp, text, or however you like.
Your friends can open the link — no account needed — and see all your destinations with prices, weather, and activities. They tap to vote on their favourite. You'll see votes appear in real time, and when the group agrees, a "top pick" banner highlights the winner.
Everyone books individually from there, so each person can pick their own flights and hotel room.
Yes, shared links expire after 7 days. Prices shown on shared pages are a snapshot from when you searched — they may have changed by the time someone clicks "Book," at which point they'll see live prices.
Travel Preferences let you save your preferred home airport, cabin class, number of travellers, and weekend pattern (Fri–Sun, Sat–Mon, etc.). When you start a new search in the Smart Planner, these are pre-filled automatically so you don't have to re-enter them every time. Update them any time from the Account page.
Go to Account > Notifications to toggle your notification preferences on or off. Changes save automatically.
AI powers several parts of the Tripzy experience. The recommendation engine matches your vibe to the right destinations and picks the best neighbourhoods for hotels. The AI Travel Agent can auto-select the best option for you and chat about alternatives. And our AI support assistant can help with post-booking questions, cancellations, and flight changes.
AI doesn't affect pricing, it doesn't decide whether you can book, and every decision is yours. If you already know where you want to go, you can skip the AI entirely using "I Know Where" mode.
We take privacy seriously. We only collect what's needed to find you trips and complete bookings. Your search data isn't sold to third parties or used for advertising.
Full details are in our Privacy Policy, but the short version: we use your info to run searches, process bookings, and improve the product. That's it.
You can delete your account from Account > Settings, or email [email protected] to request a copy of your personal data or ask for it to be deleted. Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. We'll respond to data requests within 30 days.
Click the 'Cookie Settings' link in the footer of any page to reopen the cookie consent panel. You can choose to accept or reject analytics cookies at any time. Your preferences are saved for 12 months, after which we'll ask again. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.
The fastest way to get help is through our AI support chat — tap "Support" in the navigation bar or the help button on your trip page. The support assistant can look up your bookings, check cancellation policies, process changes, and handle most post-booking questions instantly.
For anything the assistant can't handle, it'll connect you to our human support team. You can also email us directly at [email protected] — we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it after 30 minutes, email [email protected] with your name and the email you used to book, and we'll resend it.
Contact us at [email protected]. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we need more time, we'll keep you updated and provide a final response within 8 weeks.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) at cedr.com, your local Trading Standards service, or — for ATOL-protected bookings — the Civil Aviation Authority.
